Your organization has prepaid the entire cost of the program. If you are referred to a community resource in a specialized area, and you choose to use services other than AEAP, you will be responsible for the cost. AEAP counselors work closely with the employee/client to choose from a full range of referral options that are within the employee's financial means as well as meeting the personal needs.
