Rebecca White, CEAP, LCSW

Rebecca has over 22 years experience in the Behavioral Health field.
Rebecca specializes in working with families in transition, specifically divorcing families.
Grief counseling is another area of specialization.
Rebecca works well with management and administrators of AEAP contracts through assessment, consultation and training.
She has a high value for understanding individual company and industry
climates and the impact these factors have on employee productivity and work environment.
Rebecca is knowledgeable in the areas of customer service, anger management and team building.
She provides enthusiastic facilitation of workshops in these areas.
She is a past president of the Arkansas Chapter of Employee Assistance Professional Association and is an advocate for promoting knowledge about the EAP industry among Arkansas businesses.

Margaret Morgan, LCSW, CEAP, BCETS
Operations Manager Licensed Clinical
Social Worker,
Certified Employee Assistance Professional, Board Certified Expert in
Traumatic Stress.
Margaret has been with AEAP since 1999 and serves as the Operations
Manager of the Employee Assistance Program. She works with a variety
of clients including adults, teenagers, children, couples and families and
has over 20 years of experience in behavioral health. Areas of
interest and expertise are in workplace consultation, building successful
relationships, stress management, healthcare provider issues, trauma,
depression and anxiety. Margaret has worked in supervisory, management
and clinical capacities throughout her career thus giving her a unique
perspective for training and working with supervisors and managers.
Margaret's training interests include: stress management, team building,
crucial communications, compassion fatigue, and personality styles in the

John Michael Huddleston, CEAP, CADA, LPC
Certified Employee Assistance Professional, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a Licensed Professional Counselor
Mike has over 15 years experience as an Employee Assistance Professional which includes eight years as an EAP coordinator for Value Options in North Carolina where he managed contracts and provided services for companies such as Weyerhaeuser Paper, Wachovia Bank, Allied Signal, Hard Food International and Carolina Power and Light. He has extensive experience in work place services including supervisory training, organizational climate assessment, change management training, violence in the workplace and consulting with supervisors/managers on a variety of workplace issues. He is also an experienced Critical Incident Stress Debriefer. As an Air Force Social Actions Officer, he managed Drug/Alcohol Treatment/Education Programs and Equal Opportunity Treatment Programs for 12 years. Mike likes to work with family/marital issues, work related stress, alcohol/drug dependencies, depression/anxiety and grief issues. He currently manages our Fayetteville Office.
Gary Blonsky, LCSW, RPT-S
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Gary has work extensively with at risk children,
adolescents, and their families in acute care and residential settings for
over 25 years and has utilized play therapy, filial therapy and theraplay
in his practice since 1985. He currently is a certified Play Therapy
Supervisor. Other areas of practice include male survivors of sexual abuse,
gay, lesbian and transgender issues as well as family systemic related
issues. Interventions to assist in assertiveness, problem-solving,
self-esteem building and self-awareness are also an integral element of his
practice skills.
Betsy Johnson, LCSW Licensed
Clinical Social Worker
Betsy has over 16 years experience in the field of Behavioral Health,
working with children, families, couples, and adults.
She has worked in a variety of settings, including
Bridgeway
Hospital, Centers for
Youth and Families, and the Child Study Center Community Outreach Program.
Betsy has developed expertise
in the areas of anxiety, ADHD, parenting, depression, midlife transition,
and disabilities. She is a
Certified Mindful Life Coach and is trained in mindfulness based stress
reduction. She particularly
enjoys helping individuals learn to manage their stress and anxiety.
Emily Durham, LPC, CEAP
Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Employee Assistance Professional
Emily has been working in the field of Human Services and Behavioral Health since 1986. Six of these years have been primarily in the field of Employee Assistance Counseling. She has experience working with adults and adolescents in a variety of contexts from the daily adjustment of situational stressors to substance abuse and addiction to severe mental illness.
Emily has advanced training in marriage and relationship counseling and enjoys
this dynamic work. In addition, she has extensive experience with geriatric and rehabilitation counseling. Emily also develops and presents a variety of trainings and workshops to address issues that relate to the workplace as well as those of improved personal functioning and well-being.
Gisele Graves, PhD., LPE
Licensed Psychological Examiner
Gisele has over 20 years clinical experience providing
individual, group and family counseling. Her professional training and
experience has focused on working with adults and children teaching stress
management, interpersonal communication, social skills and problem solving
strategies. She has also worked with individuals who have experienced
chronic pain, diabetes, coronary illness, chronic fatigue syndrome, and PMS,
teaching cognitive behavioral strategies to address the development of
healthier lifestyles. Dr. Graves has served as an Adjunct Professor of
psychology at UALR since 2001.
