Rebecca White, CEAP, LCSW Program Director
Certified Employee Assistance Professional, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Rebecca has 18 years experience in the Behavioral Health field. Rebecca specializes in working with families in transition, specifically divorcing families. Grief counseling is another area of specialization. Rebecca works well with management and administrators of AEAP contracts through assessment, consultation and training. She has a high value for understanding individual company and industry climates and the impact these factors have on employee productivity and work environment. Rebecca is knowledgeable in the areas of customer service, anger management and team building. She provides enthusiastic facilitation of workshops in these areas. She is the president of the Arkansas Chapter of Employee Assistance Professional Association and is an advocate for promoting knowledge about the EAP industry among Arkansas businesses.

Margaret Morgan-Cohen, LCSW, Diplomate
Operations Manager

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Diplomate in Social Work

Margaret has over 16 years experience in Behavioral Health. Margaret has experience in working with children, families, couples and adults in a variety of settings. She has expertise in the areas of depression, anxiety, addictions, ADHD, relationship issues and parenting issues. Margaret has worked in supervisory and management capacities throughout her career thus giving her a unique perspective for training and working with supervisors and managers in the areas of workplace violence, supervisory training, conflict resolution, continuous quality improvement, coaching for performance and facilitation of work group retreats. Margaret is a lively trainer who works to connect with those attending her training sessions.

John Michael Huddleston, CEAP, CADA, LPC
Certified Employee Assistance Professional, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a Licensed Professional Counselor

Mike has over ten years experience as an Employee Assistance Professional which includes eight years as an EAP coordinator for Value Options in North Carolina where he managed contracts and provided services for companies such as Weyerhaeuser Paper, Wachovia Bank, Allied Signal, Hard Food International and Carolina Power and Light. He has extensive experience in work place services including supervisory training, organizational climate assessment, change management training, violence in the workplace and consulting with supervisors/managers on a variety of workplace issues. He is also an experienced Critical Incident Stress Debriefer. As an Air Force Social Actions Officer, he managed Drug/Alcohol Treatment/Education Programs and Equal Opportunity Treatment Programs for 12 years. Mike likes to work with family/marital issues, work related stress, alcohol/drug dependencies, depression/anxiety and grief issues. He currently manages our Fayetteville Office.

Maureen Mullen, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Maureen Mullen is a Licensed Certified Social Worker who has a Master of Social Work from the Univ. of Ill. as well as a Master of Education from the College of William and Mary. She has been doing counseling for over 10 years. Most recently she was Director of Social Services at Vista Health in Fayetteville, Ar. Previous to that she worked in the Chicago area as an Employee Assistance Counselor at V.M.C. with federal and postal employees, a counselor at Metropolitan Family Services, and as a social worker/therapist in a number of psychiatric hospitals. She has training in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing and has given group presentations on a wide variety of topics including such things as stress management, effective communication, relationship skills, depression, and anger management. Before becoming a counselor Maureen had extensive experience in organizational settings as a computer programmer/systems analyst, a product manager, and a research analyst. Some of the companies she worked for were Paine, Webber, Jackson and Curtis, Standard and Poor's Corp. and CNA Insurance. She also studied marketing at the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business. She is listed in Who's Who In America.

Stuart Clark, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Stuart has over 16 years experience in the Behavioral Health field. He has directed a variety of clinical programs including In-Patient Psychiatric Care and Adult Day treatment. Stuart has developed specializations with elderly individuals who experience psychiatric problems and is especially knowledgeable about eldercare issues. His practice also lead him toward specializations with eating disorders, addictions, depression, and self-worth.

Emily Durham, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor

Emily has been working in the field of Human Services and Behavioral Health since 1986. Six of these years have been primarily in the field of Employee Assistance Counseling. She has experience working with adults and adolescents in a variety of contexts from the daily adjustment of situational stressors to substance abuse and addiction to severe mental illness. In addition, she has extensive experience with geriatric and rehabilitation counseling. Emily also develops and presents a variety of trainings and workshops to address issues that relate to the workplace as well as those of improved personal functioning and well-being.
