After 13 years as program director, Dr. Sally Klein turned responsibility for the program over to Dr. Robert Buchmann during the 2006 Resident Graduation Dinner. Several former residents surprised Dr. Klein by attending the dinner and sharing memories of her influence on their residency years. In honor of her “invaluable contributions and extraordinary efforts” as residency program director, the 2006 graduating residents established the Sarah G. Klein Resident Education Lecture Series. This lecture series, dedicated to the continuing advancement of radiology resident education, will expand the scope of the Visiting Professors program.
