2/9/2009 200900091 PRI Patient Control Closed Officer stood by while medical staff calmed a disturbed patient on the 6th floor of  PRI.
2/9/2009 200900092 Hospital Information Active Employee reported finding a corner of a Drivers license wedged in a door to a room in old radiology. Nothing appeared to be missing.

2/11/2009 200900099 PRI Information Closed Officer responded to a report of a window falling off PRI. Officer discovered an outside decorative glass panel had been blown off by the wind. There were no injuries involved.

2//14/2009 200900107 Hospital Patient Control Closed Officer was asked to stand by while ER staff spoke with a patient . LRPD was with the patient and they stood by with ER staff. officer went 10-8.
2/14/2009 200900108 Westmark Welfare concern Closed Officer responded to a call of a welfare  concern at the Westmark building. Officer discovered a small child and located the child's parent at the fun wash.
2/14/2009 200900109 Hospital Information Closed Officer had a visitor return a weapon to their vehicle while attempting to enter the ER with a sick child. ER Staff directed the subject to take the child to Children's Hospital.

The owner/employee was contacted they checked the vehicle and reported personal property stolen form the vehicle.
