2/11/05 2005149 Arkansas Children's Hospital Information Closed Employee made report of a UAMS employee attempting to sell item.  A check was made at UAMS and ACH, with no matches found to be missing.
2/11/05 2005150 Hospital Information Closed Officers advised staff of patient who had been victim of aggravated assault which occurred off campus. Subject listed as a no information patient.
2/12/05 2005151 East Parking Deck Personal Injury Closed Visitor reported falling in East Deck.  Subject transported to ER by MEMS.
2/12/05 2005153 Hospital Information Closed Staff reported finding ransom note for infant.  A check was made by police from infant's city, and infant was found to be ok and in custody of parent.
2/12/05 2005154 Hospital Patient Control Closed Officers assisted staff with patient who had been discharged but refused to leave.  Subject escorted from campus.
2/12/05 2005155 JBSU Warrant Arrest Closed Subject at JBSU parking lot arrested on outstanding warrants.  Subject also issued criminal trespass warning.
2/12/05 2005156 North Parking Deck Information Closed Subject issued criminal trespass warning and removed from campus.

2/13/05 2005159 Hospital Domestic Disturbance Closed Patient and spouse were involved in verbal confrontation.  Parties were separated and visiting spouse left campus.
2/13/05 2005160 JEI Construction Area Information Closed Staff reported seeing subject climbing crane.  Upon further investigation, it was found to be contractor for company which owns the crane.
2/13/05 2005161 Hospital Information Closed Officers investigated 911 hang-up call which originated from ER waiting area.  No contact made with anyone near the area.

2/14/05 2005163 OPC Building Domestic Disturbance Active Employee reported estranged spouse coming to work place and making threats to their safety.

2/16/05 2005167 Washington DC Information Closed Employee reported theft which occurred while attending conference.  Item reported as stolen to jurisdiction in which offense occurred.

2/17/05 2005171 Hospital Information Closed Subject issued criminal trespass warning and removed from campus.  Subject also had outstanding arrest warrants, however issuing agency would not extradite.
