11/22/04 20041128 East Parking Deck Personal Injury Closed Subject called by telephone stating they slipped on curb in stairwell of East Parking Deck.  Stated they were not injured, however they wanted to report incident.
11/23/04 20041129 Lot 1 Information / Traffic Offense Closed Employee attempting to park illegally attempted to bypass entrance gate getting stuck in grass.  Subject was also issued citations for failure to pay registration, no liability insurance, and fictitious tags.  Vehicle towed from area.

11/24/04 20041132 Hospital Patient Control Closed Patient, upon discharge, struck member of staff.  Subject was discharged and transported to psychiatric unit by MEMS.
11/24/04 20041133 Shorey Building Information Closed Subject panhandling for money was issued criminal trespass warning and removed from campus.
11/25/04 20041134 Hospital Information Closed Officers met with staff in regards to policy differences for prisoner/patient procedures.
11/26/04 20041136 7th & Cottage Lot Disturbance Closed Officers responded to a disturbance between LSU and Arkansas football fans prior to the football game at War Memorial Stadium.

11/27/04 20041138 Campus Drive Traffic Offense Closed Subject issued citations for failure to stop at sign, and careless/prohibited driving.
11/27/04 20041139 Hooper Drive Warrant Arrest Closed Officer stopped subject for excessive speed.  After checking license subject had suspended license an outstanding warrants. 
11/27/04 20041140 Hospital Information Closed Officer received call from another jurisdiction in regards to subject taking one infant from grandmother's home and the other twin infant was currently at UAMS for treatment.  Nursing staff was advised of situation.  Later notified by complaining department that subject had been arrested for interference of child custody.
11/29/04 20041141 JBSU Information Closed Officer observed possible biohazard by what appeared to be blood coming from trashbag.  Upon investigation it was revealed to be coming from uncooked chicken placed in bag.  Housekeeping responded and areas was sanitized.
11/29/04 20041143 North Parking Deck Personal Injury / Accident Closed Pedestrian was injured by vehicle striking them.  Arkansas accident report filed.
11/29/04 20041144 University Towers Harassing Communications Closed Employee reported via telephone that they had received numerous phone calls from estranged spouse whom an order of protection had been filed upon.
11/29/04 20041145 Family Practice Theft of Property Active Employee reported theft of personal property.
11/30/04 20041146 Hospital Patient Control Closed Patient who had been discharged from the ER refused to leave.  Subject was issued a criminal trespass warning and removed from campus.
