• The UAMS Physician Placement Service has a full-time Physician Recruiter dedicated to serving the recruitment needs of our partner communities.

• Assist hospitals with the development of detailed profiles for their available opportunities.

• Promotes practice opportunities to UAMS residents as well as practicing physicians.

• Represent our affiliate hospitals and their opportunities at both National and Local meetings/conferences.

• Utilization of various National and Local internet job boards.

• Referral of interested candidates to communities.

• Provide training to community hospitals on such topics as successful site visit planning and the development of recruitment and retention strategies.
