Meet our
New Team Players
Kevin Sikes is our new Executive Chef. Kevin received his education at the New
England Culinary Institute in
Montpelier,
Vermont
. This
Arkansas
native returned home to work as the Executive Chef at Andre’s Hillcrest. He began with Dillard’s corporate office as
the Executive Chef three years ago.
Kevin is married and has four children.
Donna Gray is our new Retail Manager. She was previously at Baptist Springhill for
six years where she was involved in all areas of Nutrition Services. She was with Quality Foods as the Assistant
Marketing Director before her move to Baptist Springhill.
Deitra Moring, M.S., R.D., L.D., is our new Patient Food Service
Manager. She recently earned her Masters
of Food & Consumer Science from the
University
of
Central
Arkansas
. She comes to us from Baptist Little Rock, and she was with Sysco Food
Service prior to Baptist. This native
Arkansan is married and has a new son.
Tara Turner is our new
Pastry Chef. She has previously held the
position of Executive Pastry Chef at The Capital Hotel and The Little Rock
Club. Tara worked as Pastry Chef for
Baptist
Health
Medical
Center
prior to joining UAMS. She has also taught Pastry classes at The Culinary
Institute AR Chapter as well as consulting for several restaurants in the
Little Rock
area.
