My badge is not working. What do I do?

  • Push the red assistance button and provide your SAP Number for immediate access. The Ambassador can also troubleshoot the problem at the gate.
  • If you continue having problems, please call the Parking Office at 526-7275 for assistance.
  • Helpful Tips:
    • Make sure no other ID badges are in the vicinity that can interfere with the badge reader.
    • Make sure the badge you are scanning is a UAMS issued badge. ID badges issued from Children's or the VA hospital will not work.
    • The reader should beep. If the reader does not beep the chip embedded in your badge may be bad.
    • The ID badge must be in good condition with no breaks or holes.
