The philosophy of the training during the first year
will be to develop a close-knit group in the form of
a partnership. The activities are designed to stimulate friendship,
trust and mutual respect for each of the residents. During the first year,
the introduction to Family Practice will be sufficient to give the
residents a distinct goal and provide role model situations so that
they may shape their futures and careers appropriately.
