is a landmark year
for the UAMS College
of Medicine. It has
been 125 years since
the founding of what
has become one of
the nation’s
foremost college’s
of medicine.
We are extremely proud of what we have achieved in the years since our founding and the accomplishments of those who have studied and worked here. To celebrate this birthday, the College of Medicine has a series of anniversary events scheduled throughout the next 18 months. We hope you will join us in this celebration and in many of our events, which will provide many opportunities to reconnect with friends and alumni. We invite you to take a look back over our history and accomplishments on our Web site. We have also captured many photos from the past for you to review as well. Take a moment and send us a memory that you’d like placed on the 125th Web site to share with other alumni and friends. A 125th Anniversary Fund has been established for the purpose of sponsoring lectures, fora, leadership events, etc. We hope you will help by donating to the 125th Anniversary Fund.
